Your role is to increase sales growth, develop new products or enhance, analyse insurance industry needs and design solutions to meet industry needs, develop and maintain stakeholder relations with identified stakeholders, and dissemination of product knowledge to all stake holders.
B Degree in Commerce or Law with Higher Certificate in Insurance
3-6 years experience in short term insurance, customer relations management and sales.
Excellent technical knowledge of short term products
Proficient computer skills specifically MS Office Suite
Good skill in planning and organising
In-depth business management and project management skills
Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills (Ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally)
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent business written (e-mails, letters, memos, reports) and verbal communication skills
Timeous and clear communication of information
Excellent networking
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good commercial awareness and entrepreneurial approach.
