The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals to be the voice of Groupon to our subscribers. As the first point of contact, we are sending out a call to patient, resourceful, charming, and efficient problem-solvers who strive to provide only the best customer experience. The position entails phone and email communication with our current and future subscribers, thus playing a vital role in affecting the reputation of Groupon.
Responsibilities:
•Taking customer queries via telephone and email and providing an appropriate response
•Responding to customer queries and complaints using an appropriate communication method
•Taking ownership for queries and complaints from first contact to resolution
•Completing relevant administration to document customer enquiries and complaints
•Treating our subscribers and future subscribers like royalty
•Provide top notch customer support that leaves the consumer happy and satisfied
•Working hours are from 08:00 until 17:00 daily.
