We are urgently looking for a Temporary Customer Service Officer – from March till the end of August for our client a leading FMCG group

If you have at least 2-3 years of working as a Customer Service Officer in FMCG & hold a Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Equivalent or are studying towards

Then this role might suite you.  The role is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of excellent customer services internally and externally to ensure that we delight our customers
  • Work towards zero defective order entry to eliminate credit notes and claims
  • Accurate retrieval and processing of all orders and claims relevant to your allocated  customers within the agreed time frame
  • Analyzing and resolving all customer complaints and queries in a professional manner within the timelines agreed
  • Resolve DHL Backdoor Refusal issues promptly in conjunction with KAM’s to reduce good stock returns
  • General administration, compliance and office safety

 

Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:

  • Diploma (Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent) / studying towards a University degree
  • FMCG Customer Services experience ideal
  • Computer literate in MS Office  (advanced excel) and mainframe
  • Good understanding of processes and systems
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver quick results
  • Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to multi task
