Customers A quality customer focused operating environment through resolution management, retention and service excellence towards existing customers on the inbound line – desktop support and Support to technicians


Contact centre agent for KZN sites (Le Domaine, Pearls, Cotswold, Somerset Valley & Umdoni)
• 1st line of support, managing fault reports resolving over the phone before allocating to technician.
• Meet and greet clients and customers
Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
Manage customer order entries
Sales of VAS
Pastel Quotes for equipment
Provide customers product knowledge
Update client databases
Perform general administration tasks
Support other departments
Manage and co-ordinate the regions technicians diaries from Oracle for job allocation, bookings and general co-ordination and reporting and follow-ups and closing, reporting to the regional manager
Performs the billing functions of for Le Domaine, reporting to the KZN Administration officer performing, managing and updating client accounts, applications, cancellations, upgrades/ downgrades
Daily, weekly and Monthly reports on Le Domaine and customer queries


Education & Experience

  • Matric Qualification
  • 2 years experience in the contact centre environment (recently)
  • 1 year technical support experience
  • Experience in inbound and outbound environment.
  • Diploma in IT advantageous,
  • Knowledge of A+ or MCSE or C+ etc advantageous.
  • Ability to travel between sites
  • Delight customer interaction
