SALARY : R 103 494 per annum (plus benefits)

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Computer Literacy in Ms Word, Excel, Ms Power
Point, and Ms Outlook. Clerical experience will be advantageous. Basic Routine
Health Information Systems Certificate will be advantageous. Willingness to
learn. Good analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to operate office equipment e.g. photocopier, fax
machine.

DUTIES : Receive information and statistics from various units in the institution. Capture
data received from various units in the institution. Conduct basic statistical
analysis. Compile daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports. Ensure timeous
submission of statistics to the Chief Executive Officer. Draw and update graphs
of critical indicators on a monthly basis. Maintain an appropriate filling system.
General office duties. Conduct in service education on data management.
Attend and organized relevant meetings. Rotated in the admission if need arise.
