REQUIREMENTS : Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12 OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Computer Lliteracy, TIER NET,, DHIS.

DUTIES : Capturing Data in to system (TIER,NET+DHIS). Ensure blood result are present
in patient files .Compile monthly reports Data management. Filing of patient files.
Any other duties delegated by supervisor.
