Our Human Capital Innovation – DGA service line seeks a dynamic, well organised Graduate Recruitment Consultant with the following experience:

Job Experience
3- 5 years of relevant experience including graduate recruiting experience
Superior skills with applicant tracking/recruiting systems, candidate management process, and MS Office software.
Excellent attention to detail skills and exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and tasks
A demonstrated track record in working under significant deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

Apply the sourcing strategy to support the talent and staffing requirements of various clients
o Contribute to the sourcing tactics for new positions through market knowledge and input from the business
o Support the implementation of sourcing strategies and tactics

Recruitment Selection and Delivery
Support recruitment activities for the Deloitte Graduate Academy
o Prepare specifications and source candidates
o Collect applications
Track and screen candidates
o Review candidate resumes and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
o Track all applicant activity within the recruitment system to enable accurate recruitment reporting
Interview and report selection of candidates
o Conduct competency and behaviour based interviews with qualified candidates
o Coordinate logistics for client interviews
o Provide appropriate, relevant and timely feedback to the client
Manage the end-to-end hiring process to meet client recruitment needs (e.g., coordination of interviews with hiring managers, assessments, etc.)
Ensure candidate information is maintained in confidence
Ensure completion and accuracy of vendor reporting on pre-employment due-diligence such as assessments and background / credit checks
Coordinate the preparation of offer letters and close recruitment file
Measure, track and report on personal recruitment performance against defined recruitment metrics

Recruiting Process monitoring and Improvement
Contribute to monitoring the effectiveness of sourcing tactics
Leverage knowledge of leading practices to make recommendations for the improvement of the recruiting process, systems and tools
Relevent Bachelor’s degree
