CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. Knowledge of administrative support
functions, as well as the ability to capture data. Computer literacy and knowledge
of the following programmes Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Powerpoint. Knowledge of
office administration practices as well as the ability to maintain a high level of
proficiency in preparing documentation and capturing information. Basic
knowledge of problem solving. Organizational skills and report writing, flexibility
and must be able to work in a team. Good interpersonal and communication
skills (verbal and written).

 
DUTIES : Type agendas for meetings. Prepare meeting packages and distribute to
attendees prior to the meeting. Attend and record minutes for meetings. Process
travel and accommodation bookings for staff and process S&T forms. Provide
logistical support to sub-directorates. Process documents requiring signatures
for Minister, Deputy Minister, DG and other Senior officials. Liaise with internal
and external stakeholders in relation IGR and sector collaboration matters. Keep
and filing of all records and correspondences.
