SENIOR ADMIN CLERK: ARCHIVES X 4 POSTS

REF NO: HR 5/1/2/3/52

SALARY : Commencing: R132 399 per annum

CENTRE : Compensation Fund, Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : Senior certificate/NQF4 and one year higher certificate in Archival studies. Zero to one year appropriate experience.

Knowledge: DoL and Compensation Fund objectives and business functions, Office Support goals and performance requirements, Relevant stakeholders, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles), Technical Knowledge, Compensation Fund Services, Compensation Fund Value Chain and business processes, Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes, Fund values. Skills: Required Technical proficiency, Business writing, Required IT, Fund IT Operating systems, Data capturing, Data and records management, Telephone etiquette.

DUTIES : Execute filing and archiving administration of documents and correspondence coming in and out of the Fund in accordance with relevant procedures, Execute the photocopying of documents and if necessary binding of documents.
