Ref no: jp20388 – Graduate Developer (C# and/or C++ knowledge needed) (Permanent Position Bryanston)

Leading Technology company is offering an awesome opportunity to Graduates; they need Juniors they can train and mentor. The role itself will be building Financial Service based systems in a niche area for which this country has a major skills shortage. You will gain advanced programming experience using the major OO languages as well as in depth SQL based programming experience; this experience will help you build a very strong base of experience ideally to the degree that companies in the future would be chasing you rather than the other way around.

What you need to qualify is the following:
ESSENTIAL – Technical degree with Computer Science or a similar programming course as one of your Majors. An Hons degree would be advantageous but not essential;
Experience coding in either C++ and/or C# on either university projects or in your personal capacity;
Experience coding in MS SQL Server (or similar) on either your University projects or in your personal capacity.
Any Java/J2ee experience useful but not essential.

NB – Applications must include your University Transcripts as well as detailed project descriptions of any and all coding you have done in the past (once again I am happy to consider University project based experience and/or personal project experience).

You must be a South African Citizen or Permanent Resident. This role will be based in Johannesburg; it is not suitable for Grads from other Provinces UNLESS you are already planning or in the process of moving to Gauteng.

Permanent; Johannesburg; negotiable between R10K and R15K ctc per month
