REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent qualification in information management systems. Computer literacy in Microsoft office (MS Word, Access, Power point and Excel).

Knowledge of Numeracy, Flexibility, willingness and ability to work under pressure independently and in a team. Data packaging skills, verbal and written, communication skills and good interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

Experience in DHIS software, ETR, for TB Tire. Net for ART Management software will be an added advantage. Consideration will be given to those applicants that have undergone the 21 day training by National Department f Heath.

DUTIES : Reconciling patient’s records with the various registers. Ensure on going data capturing from patients records into the data base with a standard of accuracy. Identify, resolve or query missing data and errors observed during data entry, electronic checks or manual reviews.

Report missing data and errors to the facility manager. Review and validate all data from the patient records to ensure that all data is correct, completed and logical. Communicate and distribute data reports to the facility manager. Ensure timely and accurate data submission.
