Description
- Serve as the initial contact for users of all IT supported systems and
services in operation;
- Administer, maintain, service and support approximately 50 workstations;
- Hardware Installations and support (including monitoring and updating
inventory of computer equipment) PC’s, printers wireless network,
switches, and cabling;
- Software installation and support for operating systems Windows XP,
Windows 7, Windows server and active directory;
- Software support (including monitoring and updating inventory and
ensuring thereof): MS office, MS Project, Pastel;
- Ensure adequate backups (daily, Monthly, yearly) are kept for critical
data;
- Maintain the anti-virus control procedures and ensure that the virus
definition updates are downloaded and installed on all desktops;
- Administering of new equipment or peripherals (quotes, orders, invoices);
- Provide basic user training (end user training); Develop skills to improve
their quality of life, prospects of work and mobility;
- Graduate will also be rotated to the Business analysis stream.
