Ekurhuleni Municipality Internships: Disaster Management

DEPARTMENT     :  Disaster and Emergency Management Services
DIVISION   :  Disaster Management
STUDY COURSE:  National Diploma or Degree in Disaster Management
ALLOWANCE        :  Maximum – R42 000 PER ANNUM (R3 500.00 p.m.)
Duration       :  Minimum 6 months and maximum 12 months.

Requirements:

• Citizens of South Africa who are currently studying in the field of Disaster Management at an approved training institution and / or who have completed a Disaster Management qualification. Preference will be given to residents of the Ekurhuleni Municipality.
• Registration with DMISA (Disaster Management Institute of Southern Africa).
• A driver’s license (Code EB (08).

Responsibilities:

Internship Training in terms of the Council’s Internship Policy
