Primary Purpose

Reporting to the Director, you will inter alia be responsible for supervising the Employee Benefits Administrators

Principle Outcomes

Along with supervising Administrators, duties may include:
•Tracking and administering the processing of claims
•Submitting claim reports to clients
•Liaising with clients with regards to their claims
General office administration


Person Specification

•Excellent telephone manner and etiquette
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Methodical and organised
•High attention to detail
•Ability to prioritise
•High level of computer literacy on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer
•Presentable and professional appearance essential


Competency Requirements Qualifications:
•Relevant qualification advantageous


Candidates with supervising experience will be given preference

•Claims Management
•Insurance Exposure an advantage
