Engen: CA Training Programme 2015

Key Purpose

The Engen TOPP experience sets out to select and recruit aspiring CAs who are selfstarters, will challenge and seek challenge, who display entrepreneurial ability and add value, and who ultimately see themselves establishing careers within Engen. Trainees will gain their experience by being placed on rotations within the various divisions within Engen

Specific Outcomes

• Engen is an accredited ATO (Approved Training organisation). and has a 3 year TOPP training programme.
• The TOPP programme has clear competencies that needs to be met over the 3 year period
• The TOPP trainee will adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations and performance requirements

Education & Experience

• BCom Acc (Hons) / CTA degree
