Entyce Beverages are looking for a Continuous Improvement Facilitator to add value in process and operational efficiencies optimisation for a manufacturing (blending and packaging) process. This pivotal role is an exceptional opportunity for you to utilize your proven track record in production efficiency improvements, conducting work studies and implementation of WCM principles.

Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principals
• Time & motion studies experience
• Value stream mapping/Problem solving/TPS/standardized work
• Monitoring and measurement analysis
• Facilitation of Continuous improvement initiatives(Kaizen)
• Factory Layout & Facilities planning
• Capacity analysis/ Scenario planning
• Computer literacy i.e. Ms Projects, Excel, Word, Power point and CAD
• Basic workshop hand skills

Qualifications and Experience:

B.Sc./Mech/Elec/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or Equivalent Advanced
2-5 years’ experience In manufacturing environment

• Manpower utilization
• Process standardization

• 5S roll-out
• Training and implementing change systematically with operator and management buy-in
• Analyse and report production data, including corrective actions

• Ensuring system standards are maintained and in operation
• Look at streamlining existing process
• Maintain and update existing site layout
