Requirements

MBA or Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing
Strong analytical and numerical skills with exposure to strategy tools & frameworks
Thoroughness and attention to detail required of someone presenting to executives
Ability to build networks, lead and influence people without formal authority
Ability to apply critical thinking and formulate arguments evidenced in presentations & reports
High levels of energy, responsiveness and customer service orientation
Ability to work under periods of sustained pressure and deliver on deadlines
Advanced levels of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word

A good understanding of the Real Estate market
A good understanding of Real Estate related Financial concepts, such as ROI, Financial Exposure, Payback time, etc
French speaking is a clear plus
