Minimum Requirements

4-Year degree in Science, Environmental studies or Engineering (such as B.Engineering or BSc. Honours), preferably with courses in air quality, atmospheric science, meteorology or atmospheric chemistry, or a similar course with relevance to air quality
A valid driver’s licence.
Skills and Competencies

Good understanding of atmospheric processes
Good report-writing skills
Ability to work with data and use Excel
Good organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities

Assurance reporting
Compilation of emission management plans
Compilation and tracking of action plans
Assisting stations with ambient air quality monitoring
Carbon footprint reporting
Input into procedures and strategies
Input into environmental impact assessments
Advising power stations on air quality and carbon change issues
The position is based at Megawatt Park in Sunninghill, but will require driving to power stations approximately once a week
