Minimum Qualification Requirements 

• Grade 12
• Human Resources Qualification , training as a Service Centre Agent

Related Experience:
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in customer service, telemarketing,, call centre or
• Any other related role that requires frequent interaction with customers

 

Skills and Competencies

Functional Competencies
• Bilingual
• Understanding of Human Resources or Finance governance documentation, i.e. Directives, Policies. Standards, Procedures and Practices including Eskom’s condition of service
• Knowledge of SAP Human Resources or Finance systems.
• Excellent customer service relations skills

 

Generic Skills
Accuracy:
• Ability to make a sound judgement and then passes information to appropriate individuals Integrity
• Confidentiality- highly ethical

Resilience:
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• People Skills

 

Key Responsibilities
• Telephonic and Electronic Walk-in Centre: Resolve issues, attend to queries and provide information to customers
• Customer Service Relationship Management
