Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s) :
• B Degree in Information Systems

Experience
• 5 years’ experience in Eskom Business and relevant system experience

o DB – Oracle Installation, upgrade and maintenance experience
o Experience in an Enterprise System Support environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provides a consultative service to customers using specialist knowledge of system operations, and then correctly configures and customises the environment to implement solutions
• Perform system process re-engineering using expertise and understanding of  functionality to enable the business to improve
• Responsible for the testing of solutions
• Provides User support for logged problems and information requests
• Perform technical troubleshooting and analysis
