BDO has a vacancy for an Estates Administrator in its Financial Services Department. Reporting to the Director.
Principle Outcomes
You will inter alia be responsible for:
• Administration of deceased estates – relating to relevant legislation
• Keeping contact with clients and intermediaries
• Keeping all relevant stake holders up to speed with process
• Completion of income tax returns and managing all relevant taxes
Person Specification Qualifications:
• Matric
• Estate and Trust Diploma or Relevant qualification advantageous
Experience:
• 5 years experience with Estate Administration
Competency Requirements
• Excellent telephone manner and etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Methodical and organised
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise
• High level of computer literacy on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer
• Presentable and professional appearance essential
