Job Description

Liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media, often via telephone and email.
Relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and the media.
Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for clients.
Sponsorship opportunities and proposal writing.
Preparing regular project reports and attending meetings.
Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
Promoting news stories and features to the media.
Event management, including golf days, trade shows and exhibitions.
Attending and promoting events to the media.
Assisting with the production of client publications, such as in-house magazines and Annual Reports.
Overseeing and briefing designer.
Changes to certain design work. In design and Photoshop experience would be advantageous.
Updating of all databases.
Updating of exhibition/show websites.
Exhibition stand sales.
Administrative skills are required for budgets, order numbers and basic accounts.
Undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients.
Exceptional writing skills.
Certain PA duties would be required of the candidate.
