This is an entry level into the FMCG enviroment. Gives the canditate visibility and experience in different areas within the sales enviroment.
Allows the canditate to learn from people with experience at different levels, within the industry.

1. WISE
-Sharing and collecting of safety information from and for the sales team
-Identifying area of improvement for safety
-Build safety reports for the commercial team.
-Drive WISE Policy Implementation
-Support WISE activities for commercial.

2. Audits
-Tracking systems to assist the Field team
-Tracking and planning information (current and historical saless)
-Field Teams mobility information systems
-Ensure that all data received is integrated and up-to-date.

3. Reporting
-Consolidate Field Sales Daily reporting.
-Consolidate RSM weekly reporting.
-Consolidate incident reporting
-Prepare wider business reporting as requested.
-Structure, formatting and circulation of reports.

4. ACADEMIC AND TRADE QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant 3-year Sales, Marketing or Business-related qualification

5. WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• 0-2 years FMCG expereince
• Microsoft Office advance (specifically excel and powerpoint)
