FINANCE CLERK (RE-ADVERTISEMENT) REF.NO: 000236 Directorate: Finance

SALARY : 132 399 per annum (plus benefits)

CENTRE : Odi District Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with 5 years experience in finance or Diploma in accounting or Finance Management or cost Management or internal auditing with 1-2 years experience in Government Finance through Internship/learnership program.

Must have knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulation, and DORA, Computer literate. Good communication skills (verbal and written and report writing skill). Knowledge of BAS and SRM. Must have experience in budget expenditure control, cash flow,IMY(in year monitoring). A valid driver’s license wills an advantage.

DUTIES : Compile and capture journals. Reconciliation of NHLS invoices. Capturing, processing and allocating invoices through E-invoicing (SAP). Attending to supplies queries with GDF. Checking of RLS01‘s submission of report to Head Office on monthly basis. Filling and record keeping of documents. Compile petty cash and replenishment. Reconcile suppliers’ statements monthly. Reconciliation of stand alone system e.g persa, Bas, Sap,Medas and any other duties delegated by the supervisor.
