FINANCE CLERK 2 POSTS
Financial Management
SALARY : R123 738 per annum (Salary Level 5)
CENTRE : Waterberg District: Bela-Bela (1) (Ref: 17/14) and Thabazimbi (1) (Ref: 18/14)

 

REQUIREMENTS : A grade 12 certificate or equivalent. Basic knowledge of financial functions,
practices as well as the ability to capture data and collate financial statistics.
Basic Knowledge of Legislative Framework governing the Public Service.
Computer Proficiency skills will be tested.

 

DUTIES : Render financial accounting transactions. Render a budget support services.
Perform salary administration support services. Perform Bookkeeping support
services. Handle financial administration, ordering of goods and services, handle
telephone services, control transport services, and provide facilities
administration.

NOTE : Applications are hereby invited for the filling of the vacant posts, which exists in
the Department. Applications should be submitted on the prescribed Form Z83
(Obtainable from any Public Service Department or on the Internet at
www.gov.za), which must be completed in full, originally signed and dated by the

comprehensive CV (previous experience must be comprehensively detailed, i.e.
positions held and dates) as well as certified copies of all qualifications, endorsed
academic record/transcript, ID document and where it is a requirement, a
