FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: ASSET MANAGEMENT REF NO: C1/15/11
Supply Chain Management
SALARY : R183 438 per annum
CENTRE : Head Office: Polokwane

REQUIREMENTS : Three (3) years tertiary NQF 6 qualification in Finance with Accounting as major
subject. One (1) year working experience in Asset Management. Valid driver’s
licence. Knowledge of Asset Management policies and procedures. Knowledge
of PFMA and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS
Excel and Outlook). Communication skills (both verbal and written).

DUTIES : Conduct the asset verification process. Compile asset verification reports.
Update departmental asset register. Assist in the disposal process. Barcoding
of assets. Manage and monitor movement of assets. Mentor to inters and
experiential learners.
