Cullinan Diamond Mine is situated in the town of Cullinan 30km east from Pretoria. The mine is currently mining at a
depth of 747 meters using mechanized trackless block-cave mining.

Job Grade: C2
Reference Nr: CUL123

Job Description: This position requires an energetic and dynamic individual to maintain stability of the AccPac and E-Workflow
systems and provide a service to all users and sub modules on the mine.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Facilitate requests for system changes
 Maintain AccPac system access and authorisation roles
 Resolve queries relating to all ACCPAC modules
 Resolve queries related to the e-Workflow / AccPac Integration and e-workflow orphan documents
 Provide support in the use of report writing tools, development and processing of reports
 Support and train end users
 Extract and compile month end reports
 Audit and maintain the systems standards and administration functions on AccPac / e-Workflow
 Conduct system related communication
 Perform user acceptance testing on completion of new configuration
 Perform general administration duties
 Ensure a high level of accuracy and integrity of the AccPac /e-Workflow System data
 Ensure adherence to Company policies, procedures and legislative requirements
 Ensure that all business practices are conducted in a safe and healthy work environment
 Ensure adherence to corporate governance requirements
 Contribute towards the financial health of the company
 Communicate effectively and establish good working relationships with all stakeholders
 Coordinate and facilitate support calls with external consultants and reconciliation of consultants time management and
accounts
 Work effectively with a diverse group of people
 Responsible for improving and developing own skills and competence

 

Minimum Requirements:
 Grade 12
 3 years’ experience on Financial systems would be an advantage
 Intermediate computer literacy in MS Office Suite with excellent MS Excel skills

 

Other Skills / Competencies
 Sound verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
 Organisational and Industry specific knowledge and experience will be an advantage
 Proven knowledge of the AccPac and E-Workflow systems will be an advantage
 Excellent time management, planning, coordinating and prioritising skills
 High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Independent, self-motivated, proactive thinking, ability to do own job planning and function independently
 High level of multi-skilling and ability to work as part of a team
 Results driven with high customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
 Assertiveness and conflict handling skills
