The Financial Services Board (FSB) invites applications for the Analyst Graduate Development Programme 2017/2018 from recently qualified unemployed B.Com / B.Tech graduates, in Accounting / Economics / Banking as a major, or a Law degree (LLB), with a desire to work in the financial services industry.
- Information gathering skills;
- Persuasiveness skills; and
- Computer literacy or potential to learn.
The Analyst Graduate Development Programme offers a structured work-based learning experience. The successful candidates will be placed in the programme for a period of twelve months and will be exposed to various departments for on-the-job training. The graduates will receive a monthly stipend but are however, not guaranteed a job at the FSB.
The FSB is an independent institution established by statute as the regulator of the South African Non-Banking Financial Services Industry. Its mission and vision are to promote and maintain a sound financial Investment environment in South Africa.
