Role Purpose
Trainee role is a developmental pipeline for key roles in business units.
Job Requirements
The FNB Graduate Programme places graduates in specific business units according to their academic background, career interests and business requirements. Graduates gain exposure to the rest of the business through participation in initiatives such as knowledge sharing functions and projects

Academic results are important, but candidates also need to possess attributes such as:

· Initiative
· Strong work ethic

· Innovative spirit.

Qualifications and Experience
Students currently completing their final year of university degrees in:

· Commerce (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics etc)
· Actuarial Science; Maths; Statistics
· Engineering
· Marketing, HR, Industrial Psychology
· Information Systems
· Computer Science
· This is not an exhaustive list of degrees
