Role Purpose
Trainee role is a developmental pipeline for key roles in business units.
Job Requirements
The FNB Graduate Programme places graduates in specific business units according to their academic background, career interests and business requirements. Graduates gain exposure to the rest of the business through participation in initiatives such as knowledge sharing functions and projects

Academic results are important, but candidates also need to possess attributes such as:

Qualifications and Experience
Students currently completing their final year of university degrees in:

· Commerce (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics etc)
· Actuarial Science; Maths; Statistics
· Engineering
· Marketing, HR, Industrial Psychology
· Information Systems
· Computer Science

I have paid for my own studis so far but have found myself in the unfortunate position of being unable to pay for next year. I have four modules to do next year to be able to get my degree. What I am searching for is an orginasation that will be willing to employ me after the completion of this year and allow me to do my four modules part time next year. I am a career driven, positive and hardworking person and am looking forward to your favourable responce.
