FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR 3 POSTS REF NO: 07078

SALARY : R110 118 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Sterkfontein Hospital, Krugersdorp

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10/12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. 4 years experience in Public
Sector in food service. Good communication and writing skills, Hospitality
certificates will be an added advantage.

DUTIES : Supervision of food service personnel and activities in the unit. Responsible for
ordering, receiving, storage and control of stock and assist with the application of
cost control measures. Read menus and recipes and supervise the production of
meals portioning and distribution. Ensuring cleanliness, safety. Reporting faulty
equipment immediately. Rotation of day and night shift as a supervisor.
Responsible for the appraisal and implementation of monitored PMDS. Accept
additional functions delegated by the supervisor.
