Fujifilm is looking for an experienced Telesales Client Liaison Officer to market and sell company products and services, as well as generating as much revenue as possible. To daily manage accounts and maintain client relationships. We are looking for a driven and ambitious candidate willing to learn and grow with the company. Candidate must be willing to work overtime to meet business needs.

 

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric Certificate
5 years relevant Telesales or Customer Relations experience
Telesales Diploma preferred
Microsoft Office
SAP Business 1 preferred

Job Specification

Purpose of the role:
To manage structured outbound call campaigns to existing customers per agreed customer classification in order to generate sales for FFZA. To receive orders telephonically and via e-mail from all customers (National and Export) and sales reps, and to capture these orders. To identify possible leads and forward this to the appropriate sales rep to follow up. Attend company meetings to exchange product information and co-ordinate work activities with other departments. To resolve customer complaints regarding services and products. To prepare sales reports for management and analyze sales detail to contribute to company growth.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop structured outbound call campaigns for targeted customers to stimulate sales to these customers, as well as follow up and courtesy calls to telesales customers.
Keep a record of orders received by phone, and other sources.
Check that orders received are correct before they are punched.
Ask customers to confirm that the order given on the phone is correct.
Contact customers if errors on faxes are received.
Ensure that orders from Government departments are real, (avoid fraud).
A log must be kept for Customers (CHAIN STORES) who e-mail and possibly fax orders.
Record the order number received and check back to ensure that the number has not been duplicated.
To process the order on time ensuring the correct product, price, right quantity and account.
If there is a stock shortage, notify the customer and ask if the product must be on back order.
Clear back orders when stock is received, check with customer first to avoid returns.
Maintain correct Selling Prices in SAP with the support of the Director of Operations and Finance.
To answer customer queries about delivery and price and availability.
To calculate mark-up, margin and to compile comparing Excel spreadsheets.
Back up support for the Technical department.
