Full-time Graphic Designer/DTP Operator

Job description
A Midrand-based publishing and design company is looking to employ a junior to mid-level graphic designer.

Job responsibilities would include design and layout of two monthly advertising publications and all related graphic design.

Salary: R 8,500 nett (after tax)

Position start date: immediate.

Full-time/office-based only. Freelancers please do not apply.

Requirements:
A graphic design diploma or degree; extensive knowledge of Adobe CS5 Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be bi-lingual (English and Afrikaans – both spoken and written).

Personal Skills/Attributes:
The successful applicant would be young and dynamic, have good communication skills, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
