Appointment requirements:

Relevant experience in office administration
Supervisory/Management experience
Valid Code B Driver’s license
Computer literate

Duties: Monitor and evaluate activities, operations and performance etc.

Identify and addressing relevant shortcomings
Coordination with various role players
Manage the delivery of all notifications
Monitor and evaluate activities, operations and performance
Manage all administration functions for the Court Administration section
Attending meetings
Attend to personnel matters
Informing management of progress and results
Ordering, receiving and distributing stationary etc.
Keeping inventory of all stationary and printing requirements
