ASSISTANT DIRECTOR ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT 6 POSTS REF

Directorate: Organisational Development and Change Management
SALARY : R337 998 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Johannesburg
REQUIREMENTS : A relevant & related degree/diploma (RVQ 13), Management Services,
Operations Management, Industrial Psychology etc. DPSA Toolkit Methodology,
Knowledge of SA Government Job Evaluation, Certificate in Change
Management and Business Process Management, Public and Private Sector
experience is required, Minimum 3 years’ experience in OD and Change
Management, Driver’s license and ability to drive. Person Profile: The candidate
must be a team worker, diversity focused, customer focused, detail oriented, cost
conscious, quality oriented, responsive, people oriented good credit record, good
telephone manners, and problem solving ability.
DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for: developing organisation structure and post
establishments for GPG Departments develop job profiles and evaluate jobs,

maintenance of good customer relations, identify organisation structure and post
establishment gaps and needs, give advice on organisation structure issues,
conduct business process engineering.
