Essential Responsibilities

–          Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements.

–          Provide Human Resource support for GE businesses especially focusing on local compliance & practices

–          Assessment & improvement of HR related document retention standards & practices

–          . Interface for queries between Employee Services and Financial Services within GBS

–          Ordering, maintaining and tracking of orders placed with local mobile vendors

–          Ordering and following up on status of corporate card and fuel cards with local procurement card vendors

–          Ensure new hires are provided orientation packs e.g. S&L on date of commencement

–          Ensure PO`s are generated for new orders and follow up on status of Purchase Order generation

–          Adhoc Employee Services related duties as deemed necessary by the ES department

Qualifications/Requirements

–          Matric Qualification

–          HR Diploma, degree advantageous

–          Minimum 2 years experience in Administrative position – front end

–          Good working knowledge of the labour laws and regulations

–          Good communications skills, team spirit

–          Fluent communicator in English
