Job Description:
GIBB (Pty) LTD, South Africa’s leading consulting engineering company is looking for a Junior HR Assistant. The Junior HR Assistant will provide HR administration and support recruiting efforts to the HR Consultant based in Cape Town. Duration of contract is 6 months.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
BCom Human Resources / National Diploma /
studying towards an HR qualification / needing to complete in-service training
Basic knowledge of the BCEA and LRA Acts
Strong verbal and written expression and comprehension
Good inter/intrapersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Your key performance areas will include, but will not be limited to:
Screening of CV’s
Maintain CV, assessment database
Co-ordinate interview process
Administer Testing
Assisting with bursary application process
Assist in co-ordinating Cape Town office training
