Graduate Programme – Trainee Banker

This is your chance to get into the banking sector. Apply for the Virtual Bank Work-Readiness Program.

In conjunction with BANKSETA, we are running a program to help unemployed graduates enter into Learnership contracts or employment in banking or microfinance firms.

This program is due to start in April 2017.

We actually supply ‘work-experience’ skills in our Virtual Bank program.

To qualify for the program you must:

Be a recognized Commerce Graduate, having completed a three year tertiary qualification with majors such as banking, financial accounting, economics, business economics, financial management, B.Comm marketing or accounting or economics as an additional major or similar.

This must be from a recognized University, Technikon or University of Technology.

Come and train with us for 5 months and we will assist you to get employment in a banking or microfinance firm.

As this is a funded program, there are absolutely no costs to you.

The program also includes transport allowances and meals.
