Apply your exceptional sales skills and well-developed managerial ability to this exciting, newly created position. Lead a dynamic regional sales team (15 -20sales consultants and sale managers ) to exceed their targets,

Based in Sunninghill Johannesburg, this role will oversee both the Gauteng team and regular travel to our Cape Town office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Spearhead and manage local sales operations inGauteng and Western Cape through collaboration and directing local sales managers.

•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to deliver on corporate goals and objectives. Close interaction with our International team is imperative.

•Lead a team of talented and driven individuals.

•Develop a culture of market and team development through strong people management

•Build and escalate partnerships with local merchants inthe region.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Possess a track record of closing and delivering complex offerings with businesses

•Exceptional experience in managing diverse teams from consultant t

•Diligence and tenacity to deliver on opportunity, including short lead times and intense sales opportunities.

•Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with external customers.

•Ability to inspire, train, and develop sales team. Proven track record of implementing turnaround strategies

•Ability to closely manage a sales team and managers ensuring regional and company targets are met.

•Clear, concise written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

•A desire to significantly impact business revenue.

•Willingness to travel nationally.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•3 – 5 years managerial experience within a high energy sales team

•Strong people management experience with a proven track record of directing both managerial and field staff

•Relevant business degree

•Experience within the a highly competitive and target-driven environment is needed

•Knowledge of the online and advertising/marketing environment is highly advantageous
