Develop and implement sales strategies.
Effectively communicate sales strategies to the team
Successfully translate strategies into revenue
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
MBA and/or experience from the consulting sector highly desirable.
Experience within the a highly competitive and target-driven environment is highly advantageous.
Possess a track record of closing and delivering complex deals with businesses, both face to face and phone based.
Diligence and tenacity to deliver on opportunity, including short lead times and intense sales opportunities.
Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with external customers.
Ability to inspire, train, and develop sales team.
Ability to closely manage a sales team ensuring regional and company targets are met.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
A desire to significantly impact business revenue.
Willingness to travel nationally.
