Guarantee Trust Unemployed Matriculants Program

Guarantee Trust’s programs focus on the selection, training, placement and monitoring, where required, of HDI (Historically Disadvantaged Individuals) graduates and under-graduates into the workplace.

Originally Guarantee Trust’s programs focused on the accounting profession in conjunction with Fasset, who provide funding and overall guidance. More recently we also have a program focused on the banking profession in conjunction with BANKSETA.

At first represented in Kyalami, the company now also has training academies in Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Kimberley, Mahikeng and Polokwane employing over 100 staff.

 

Unemployed Matriculants Job Opportunities

We are running a program to help unemployed Matriculants enter into employment with banking or microfinance firms.

We actually supply ‘work-experience’ skills in our Virtual Bank program. Vital life skills and technical skills are delivered as one overall program.

This is a fully sponsored program that does not cost you anything.

To qualify for the program you must:

You must have passed mathematics or maths literacy and accounting at Matric level and a pass in English.

Applicants from the Public FET College system will be considered (i.e. with a qualification higher than a 1 year post matric certificate)

Come and train with us for 5 months and we will assist you to get employment in a banking or microfinance firm.
