Provide leadership in building capability across the Field Sales organisation & tools/processes that will deliver increased competitiveness. Train, coach, develop & motivate the Field Sales organisation through a team of 6 Regional Sales Development Managers
Ensure a comprehensive assessment of local capabilities to inform the design & execution of the capability plan. Champion implementation of Brilliant Sales Execution standards Ensure quality of interventions meet world class standards both on content & delivery. Align outcomes of the Sales Capability plan to the Capability & Commercial Scorecard requirements. Ensure enhancement, alignment & consistency of Capability Plan across the regions. Own & develop In-touch sustainability capability plan. Build sustainable relationships with RLTs/capability network to successfully deliver the in-market capability plans within budgets/key milestones. Work with central capability, operations & customer marketing team to continuously improve & maintain “fit for purpose” tools. Partner with HR to assess/support the id/development plans of talent. Continuously measure sales force effectiveness through the Sales Capability Scorecard
Appropriate business degree/language skills
5 years sales management with demonstrable successes in leading, building and developing a team. Sales Management experience in at least 2yrs customer facing areas of Sales – Field Sales/Account Management.
Strong understanding of Selling Capabilities & ability yo coach others in their application. Influence & build great relationships across the business. Coaching track record. Change management experience. Champion sales execution. A continuous improvement mindset. Ability to operate independently in virtual teams
