GBP&T makes a significant contribution to HEINEKEN such as:

  • Continuously improving our Business Processes;
  • Finding common solutions to Business issues, in areas such as SAP, ERP and CRM;
  • The mobilisation of projects to modernise global infrastructure;
  • The implementation of technical standards, solutions and customer service delivery;
  • The optimisation of IT costs.

Throughout the programme, you will be exposed to a variety of functional areas all within prominent HEINEKEN locations throughout the world.

  • Global BP&T – Business Process Management – The Netherlands
  • Organisational Change Management – Austria
  • Global Business Solutions – The Netherlands
  • Demand Management – ICT – Italy
  • Regional BP&T – Project & Planning – USA
  • Integrated IT Services Support – Romania
  • FSS – IT Business Engagement – Finance & Purchasing Areas – France

Some examples of first permanent roles you can expect once you have finished the programme:

  • Service Coordinator
  • Service and Support Consultant
  • ITSM – Process manager (i.e. Incident Manager)
