Business Unit / Division: Central Services – Group Marketing

Context:

  • The successful candidate will lead the team that is responsible for:
  • Strategic marketing input to Hollard Business units and their partners.
  • Brand management of the Hollard brand including press liason.
  • Coordinating internal communication across Hollard.
  • Creating and coordinating differentiated experiential events across Hollard.
  • Delivering creative solutions via the Design Team.

Customers: Entire Business

Outputs:

  • Build the reputation of Hollard in South Africa and across our regional and global business
  • Ensure alignment of  Hollard’s strategy, the values and the brand
  • Assist divisions and partners with their strategic and operational marketing requirements
  • Grow the competencies of the Corporate Brand Team

Competencies:

  • Qualifications / Work Experience:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Post Graduate qualification an advantage
  • Previous experience in marketing / branding
  • 4+ years appropriate senior management experience

Knowledge:

  • General business acumen
  • Market and competitor knowledge
  • Excellent experience in strategic thinking and the ability to turn strategy into action
