Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent. Computer literacy; 18-months admin experience; willing to work shifts. Knowledge of Administrative Procedure Manual Part 2, BCEA, PFMA, Archives and Records Management Act, Batho Pele Principles, patients’ rights and responsibilities, Minister of Health’s priorities will be an added advantage.
Duties
Registration and admission of patients, completion of relevant and required forms. Acquire information from patients. Capture data on TPH31 and 31A. Receiving money from paying patients, issue accounts for patient who don’t have money to pay. Completion of GPF3, 4, 5 forms and GPR01 register during downtime period, completion of pay-in register after every shift and handing over of resources, e.g. crutches, computers, etc. at the end of the shift.
