Qualifications
Completed Matric
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a highly administrative role
Knowledge:
Computer Literacy (MS Office): Excel Basic
SAP
Must be good at working with numbers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analyse and solve problems – Uses rigorous analysis, logic and methods to solve difficult problems; Pays attention to the detail where required.

Key Performance Areas:
Medical Aid
Processing of new members, changes and withdrawals
Monthly recon of billing to payroll
Liaise with the medical aid regarding queries
Existing Employee Queries
Address any salary and benefit related queries or changes
Update personnel files when required
Update and maintain employee data in HR system (SAP)
Reporting
Compile HR monthly reports
Generate HR statistical reports
Support
Provide guidance to management and staff on HR policies and procedures
Provide administration support to HR Officers
Continuous sending of personnel documentation for filing
Other
Assisting the Admin team in processing new starters, employee changes and terminations
Ad hoc projects
Employee details update
