• Responsible for labour management and optimisation
• Analysing and auditing information
• Implementation of and compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assisting with the co-ordination and scheduling of training and development (Skills Development)
• Assisting with the compilation of all legal reports/contracts pertaining to SDA/EE/BBBEE
• Assuring compliance with all legislation affecting employees
• Conducting disciplinary hearings and providing advice regarding discipline
• Recruiting staff and evaluating applicants
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources
• At least 3 years’ related experience covering ER, Staffing, Employment Equity, Training and Development and Labour Management
• Proven knowledge of the VIP system, HR reporting and T&A
• Knowledge of salaries and wages will be advantageous
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Computer literacy
• Self-motivation and service delivery orientation
• Ability to work without supervision and in a changing environment
• Fluency in English and above average communication skills
