REQUIREMENTS : Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management with 5 years relevant experience in HR or Grade 12 with 10 years extensive experience in Human Resource Management. Sound knowledge of Persal system and functions.
The applicant must have good understanding of Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel MS Power Point). Good verbal and communication skills .Must be prepared to work under pressure with tight schedules
DUTIES : Management and Implementation of HR best practices, control of Recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance to appointment measures, Development and Implementation of the control measures with regard to the Termination of Services: Transfers, death, abscondment, retirement and resignations.
Leave Management: Sick leave management, Temporary and Permanent Incapacity leave. Salary administration, Payroll administration, Injury on duty, Remuneration Work Outside the Public service (RWOPS) Responsible for the compilation of monthly HR Delegation Report, BAS PERSAL reconciliation, manage the implementation of PMDS, contracting and quarterly reviews and prepare quarterly reports to Head Office. Ensure proper records management of the state guarantees. Supervision, training and development of subordinates
