Huawei Technologies Africa: Supply Chain Specialist x 2 Positions

Introduction

We require for 2 Supply Chain Specialist based in Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year in related field. Preferred: 3 years or above experience（at least one year good team work management experience）in telecommunication equipments supply industry or supply chain industry, familiar with whole process supply plans on manufacturing, logistics and procurement, rich delivery experience in products such as wireless and fixed network.
3. Computer skills.
4. Good understanding and Knowledge of order fulfillment.
5. Good planning and organizational skills.
6. Good cross-function coordination competence and negotiation skills with customers, capable of design supply plans according to project delivery requirement and implement.
7. Good language skill, using English as the working language and Chinese is a priority.
8. Hard-working and can be working well under high pressure; Can adapt to working in underdeveloped countries; accept relocation & often travel working.
Job Specification

1. Responsible for Order fulfillment management from PO received until cargo delivered to warehouse, monitor related KPI of SCM. (Push and follow up project contract review on time/Input/Order/Production/Shipped/Arrival)
2. Monitor production status and inform project team with all the relevant information and be transparent at all time.
3. Update weekly supply report to the project team, product and sales manger. (Analyise risk, actions, improvement plan and responsible person.)
4. Monitor order closed and offset loan contract on time.
5. Improve the internal and external customer’s satisfaction.
