Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for establishing the HR strategy for the Prescription Business Unit. The functional components includes but not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, organizational development, transformation and employee engagement.
This role includes input at strategic level as well as implementation and value creation at all levels of HR.
Key Outputs
Develop and implement HR initiatives which are aligned with business strategies;
Lead, manage and implement HR operations and Learning and Development function.
Develop and implement comprehensive and supportive transformation strategies for the Prescription Business Unit.
Review and continuously improve policies and procedures and guidelines for the HR function.
Provide change management solutions that are inclusive and related to the strategic intent of the Prescription Business Unit.
Provide input into rewards and incentive schemes relevant to the Prescription Business Unit.
Handle all employee and labour relations issues with the Legal team.
Generate and facilitate a high performance work climate through optimum integration of values, culture and leadership.
Ensure legal compliance of all Human Resources processes, practices and policies;
Ensure HR programmes and projects are delivered on time and to achieve the intended outcomes.
Represent the company at various employer associations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications and Experience
Degree in the Behavioral Social Science field (HR, Industrial Psychology, Social Science, Sociology or similar and related)
Proven 10 years HR experience
